Hi, I’m Ned, the person who founded this site.

I’m 18 years old and I’m going to COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan this November. I’ll be an Official Observer with the Christian Climate Observer’s Program (CCOP)- It’s my first COP so it’s a bit scary but very exciting.

Anyways, I’m going to be travelling most of the way by train from my home in the UK. I thought it would be a nice idea to have as many conversations about the climate crisis with as many different people as possible on the way- It’ll be fascinating to see the different attitudes towards climate change among ordinary people, particularly across the EU, which is responsible for 7% of global greenhouse gas emissions. It’s only one continent, and I can’t promise that the people I speak to will be representative of any group or country- It’s rare that anyone ever is- but it might be quite interesting.
